Will the chair covers fit my chairs?
Yes we will find covers to fit nearly all chairs. We have a range of different sizes and materials catering to our individual clients needs. However we do ask that our clients get some measurements to ensure that you receive the correct cover. You will need to measure how wide the back of the chair is at its widest point and how tall the chair is from the very top of the back of the chair to the floor. We also need to know if the chair is round top or square.
Can I order a sample?
Once you have booked us we will send you out a free sample and sash to make sure that the cover is correct. If you want a sample without booking we charge £5 to cover delivery costs. We also ask that the cover and sash be returned within 7 days. We will send out a self address package bag to send the items back in.
Can you match my colour scheme?
We have beautiful organza sashes to match every colour scheme. Ivory, White, Gold, Bronze, Brown, Baby pink, dusky pink, Raspberry, Hot pink, Orange, Peach, Bright Red, Deep Red, Burgundy, Lilac, Purple, Baby Blue, Turquoise, Royal Blue, Navy, Apple Green, Bright Green, Olive, Dark Green, Teal, Yellow, Black, Silver. We also offer a bespoke service where by if you send us a swatch of the colour you need we will have the sashes made up. This will cost £0.99 per sash.
How long do you need to set up?
This depends on how many chairs you need covered. We make sure that the chairs are ready for you at least one hour before your event is due to take place.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We hold a provisional booking for 14 days in which time we will send you out a written quote. If you wish to go ahead with the booking we ask that you pay a £50 deposit which is applied towards your final balance. We ask that you pay with either cash, direct transfer or cheque made payable to Mrs Hannah Pitts .
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event? Clients can cancel their
orders up to 8 weeks before the event with no penalty.
This
must be made in writing and we must acknowledge receipt of this.
Booking deposits are not refundable, However we can apply the deposit to another event within one year of your original booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule then please let us know as soon as possible.
When do I need to pay the final balance?
We ask that you give us your final numbers and pay the full balance two weeks before your event is due to take place.
Self Service
When will my covers be delivered?
Covers are delivered up to two days before the wedding and we ask that covers are returned within two days.
How much is the deposit?
We ask for £100 deposit against the covers, this is to protect them against loss or damage, which will be returned on receipt of the covers.
